21st June is the longest day in the Northern Hemisphere and this is why it is suggested to celebrate World Yoga Day. In which most of the countries of the world agreed and it was decided to celebrate 21st June as International Yoga Day from 2015.
The theme of the Ninth (9) International Day of Yoga is ‘One World, One Health’ based on the principles of Vasudhaiva Kutumkam. On the occasion of Ninth (9) International Yoga Day, Yoga was performed at various places of Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, Maninagar. Thus, International Yoga Day was celebrated by performing various types of yoga.
